SCHEDULE
Day One, Thursday April 22
Arrive in London and check into the 5-star Conrad St James in Central London
5pm - Meet & greet cocktail reception in the hotel
Day Two, Friday
Breakfast at the Conrad St James (included each day for two people)
Go to the TCS London Marathon Expo to pick up your race bib and shop for official merchandise
Afternoon of leisure and rest getting ready for the race
Day Three - RACE DAY, Saturday!
Early Breakfast at Conrad St James then gather for a group photo
Private coach to the Marathon start in Greenwich
While all other runners shiver and huddle on the grass at the starting area, you will have access to a comfortable room where you can spend the time stretching and waiting for your wave in a dry, warm area
The first wave leaves at 9:30am and runs past many famous landmarks including the Cutty Sark, Tower of London, Isle of Dogs and Big Ben (you will be slotted into the appropriate wave given your estimated finish time)
Your guests will be guided to the 18-mile mark at Canary Wharf, and then again on Birdcage Walk at 26-miles to cheer you on
Post-race: walk across the Park to the Conrad St James
7pm - Celebration Dinner at the Conrad St James for you and your guest

Note, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of cancellation due to injury or illness.
Refund policy: If you cancel before Jan 1 you will receive 50% of your deposit back. Full payment is due in early January, 2027. Any cancellation after this time will result in no refund.
