SCHEDULE
Day One
Arrive in London and check into the 5-star Conrad St James in Central London
5pm - Meet & greet cocktail reception in the hotel·
6pm - Meet in the lobby of the hotel for the short walk to our Welcome Dinner
Day Two
Breakfast at the Conrad St James (included each day)
Afternoon of leisure and rest getting ready for the race
6pm - Pre-Race Pasta Meal at the Conrad St James including full discussion of race day logistics for runners & spectators
Day Three - RACE DAY!
Early Breakfast at Conrad St James then gather for a group photo
Private coach to the Marathon start in Greenwich
While all other runners shiver and huddle on the grass at the starting area, you will have access to a comfortable room where you can spend the time stretching and waiting for your wave in a dry, warm area
The first wave leaves at 9:30am and runs past many famous landmarks including the Cutty Sark, Tower of London, Isle of Dogs and Big Ben (you will be slotted into the appropriate wave given your estimated finish time)
Your guests will be guided to the 18-mile mark at Canary Wharf, and then again on Birdcage Walk at 26-miles to cheer you on
Post-race: walk across the Park to the Conrad St James
7pm - Meet in the hotel lobby for the short walk to our Awards Reception & Dinner, including trophies to the top Achieve Racing finishers
