Friday, September 27
Afternoon - Check into your room at the Westin Berlin Hotel
5:00pm - Welcome Reception at the lobby bar - meet your fellow racers, guests, and Achieve Racing staff
6:15pm - Short walk to our Welcome Dinner
Saturday, September 28
9:15am - 1-mile jog / walk for an orientation on where to enter the corrals on race day, logistics of the start / finish area, and the opportunity to purchase race merchandise
6:00pm - Pre-race dinner at the hotel, including race day instructions for racers and guests
Sunday, September 29
RACE DAY!
8:00am - Gather for a group photo in the lobby of the hotel, then make your way to the start line (1km away)
Guests will receive instructions on where & when to meet their guides for travel to various parts of the course
6:00pm - Awards Dinner Celebration at one of Berlin’s finest German restaurants
