SCHEDULE
Day One - Friday, April 25
Arrive in London and check into the 5-star Conrad St James in Central London
Optional easy shake-out run in nearby St James’s Park (the location of the finish line of the Marathon)
5pm - Meet & greet cocktail reception in the hotel·
6pm - Meet in the lobby of the hotel for the short walk to our Welcome Dinner
Day Two - Saturday
Breakfast at the Conrad St James
Private coach to the London Marathon Expo for bib collection & race merchandise
6pm - Pre-Race Pasta Buffet at the Conrad St James including full discussion of race day logistics for runners & spectators
Day Three - Sunday - RACE DAY!
Early Breakfast at Conrad St James then gather for a group photo
Private coach to the Marathon start in Greenwich (runners only)
While all other runners shiver and huddle for warmth on the grass at the starting area, you will have access to a comfortable conference room where you can spend the time stretching and waiting for your wave in a dry, warm room
The first wave leaves at 9:30am and runs past many famous landmarks including the Cutty Sark, Tower of London, Isle of Dogs and Big Ben (you will be slotted into the appropriate wave given your estimated finish time)
Your guests will be guided to the 18-mile mark at Canary Wharf to cheer you on
Post-race: walk across the Park to the Conrad St James and / or meet up with fellow runners and supporters on Birdcage Walk
6pm - Meet in the hotel lobby for the short walk to our Awards Reception & Dinner, including trophies to the top Age Group finishers
Day Four - Monday
